What is PVDF Compact Diaphragm Valve?

The PVDF compact diaphragm valve consist of a flexible disc that is sealed with a seat at the top of the valve body. It is excellent for use in restricted spaces.

Due to its widespread use in almost every industrial sector, the PVDF compact diaphragm valve is the most versatile of all valves. The main advantage is that only two parts, the valve body and the diaphragm, touch the active substance. The “Minimum Dead Leg” valve type of PVDF compact diaphragm valve is well known in the industry.

This Diaphragm Sealing System PVDF manufacturing of the compact diaphragm valves and pipe fittings. For industrial and ecological engineering as well as manufacturing industries, the wide material range makes it excellent for hostile media, scratch media and highly viscous media.

It has many other uses for PVDF compact diaphragm valves. It can be used in the manufacture of drinking and ultra-pure water used in microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturing.

The CM is a manually operated diaphragm valve of reduced dimensions and particularly compact structure, ideal for use in confined spaces.

KV 100 FLOW COEFFICIENT

The Kv 100 flow coefficient is the Q flow rate of litres per minute of water at a temperature of 20°C that will generate Δp= 1 bar pressure drop at a certain valve position. The Kv100 values shown in the table are calculated with the valve completely open.
