Machine guards are intended to ensure worker safety and hygiene. They are commonly found in production lines and must meet health and safety laws. Our machine guards are often made of clear PETG or polycarbonate, providing the high impact strength and optical clarity required to operate the equipment. Food contact is allowed with our PETG guards. For added chemical resistance, we can also provide clear PVC guards.
Machine guards are manufactured in-house at Petron Thermoplast. We can create, mould, bend, weld, and polish a wide range of designs, from simple to sophisticated. Guards can be made using samples or drawings already on hand.
Doors, coverings, tunnels, boxes, chutes, panels, and site glass covers are just some of the items available.

Note: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, fabricated guards will have visible welds where the individual sections of the guard are welded together.
